Cancellation Policy

We follow the no-cancellation policy.

Any order placed with us may be canceled only if it is not possible for us to provide the service. In cases where delivery is not possible from our side, the refund will be allowed to the customer after deducting internet and handling charges (approx.: Rs.300/-) in such cases.

Note: Non-delivery of services due to any deficiency in the document and/or non-providing of OTP (One Time Password) or any other deficiency or non-cooperation on the part of the client, which renders the delivery of services impossible on our part. shall not be considered as a failure. in connection with the delivery of services on our behalf. No refund will be available in such cases as there is no deficiency in performance on our part.

Refund Policy

However, where the customer makes a written request to cancel his order within 4 hours from the time of payment or processing of his application, whichever is earlier, our company officials will consider the merits of the case and decide on the refund. Even in such cases, the refund amount cannot exceed 50.00% of the amount paid by the customer.

It is hereby expressly provided that where the customer requests for cancellation/refund of fee after 4 hours of making payment or after processing his application, whichever is earlier, any refund on claims Will not be considered. Will be done. The refund decision taken by our company will be final and binding on the customer.
